Master Planning

A master plan is usually a dynamic long-term planning project which provides a conceptual guide to future growth and development. A master plan includes analysis and proposals for a site, and includes factors of population analysis, consequent housing, transportation, community facilities, and ancillary land use.

Master planning allows us to present an overview or a concept for an entire site. This may be from domestic – ranging from a small number of houses to a future vision for a whole site – to industrial complexes, by establishing physical relationships between all parts and all elements of that site.

We have master planned different sizes of residential design projects – ranging from several houses based around a ‘village green’ concept, to an estate of hundreds of houses including a ‘three village’ concept – as well as taking a key role in the planning of business and industrial parks of varying sizes and complexities.
