Mark is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, and has worked as an architect in Great Britain and also in Germany.

He is an award winning architect, most recently with a project for the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London, one of the top ranking universities in the world. The small print
Mark Kelly qualified in 1990 from Leeds School of Architecture, and worked in practices in the North of England, the Northeast and the East Midlands.

He has been Senior Architect and Associate in a major commercial Leicestershire practice (regularly in the Top 100 list) and was Head of Architecture and Senior Associate at a multi-disciplinary practice in Northamptonshire.

Consequently, he has a full spectrum of experience across a wide range of design genres.

On the domestic and residential side, Mark deals primarily with private clients, with a design range from the smallest conservatory, extensions, remodelling of existing houses, individual houses, multiple apartments, small scale developments, and, to date, master planning of sites up to 250 dwellings.

Other genres Mark has carried out design work for include education (primary, junior and secondary schools, Higher Education and remodelling of universities), health (GP surgeries, to hospital remodelling), emergency services (new police stations, Centralised Contact Management Centre (CCMC) for the Three Constabularies, remodelling of police stations, remodelling of emergency fire service call centre), business (offices, business parks, warehouses), and small to medium commercial projects (shops, hair salons), etc.
